This time we are thrilled to showcase the beautiful wedding celebration of Georgia and Stavros Karagiorgis, who tied the knot on November 12th, 2022, in Charlotte. The happy couple had a traditional Greek Orthodox wedding, complete with all the cultural customs and rituals that make these events so special. The wedding day started with both the bride and groom getting ready in separate houses, surrounded by their families and friends. The atmosphere was electric, with everyone buzzing with excitement for the big day ahead. Georgia looked absolutely stunning in her modern yet elegant wedding dress, while Stavros looked sharp in his tailored suit. One of the most special moments of the day was when Georgia had the traditional Greek custom of putting money in the bride's shoe. This is said to bring good luck and prosperity to the newlyweds, and it was a beautiful moment to witness.

The ceremony itself was held in a beautiful Greek Orthodox church, with all the stunning traditional elements that you would expect. The couple exchanged their vows, and it was clear to see the love and devotion they have for each other. It was an emotional and heartfelt moment for everyone in attendance. The ceremony was nothing short of exciting listening to all the songs sung in the procession. After the ceremony, the celebration continued only a few yards away where guests were treated to an array of delicious Greek desserts. From baklava to galaktoboureko, the dessert table was a feast for the senses. The band was also phenomenal, playing a range of traditional Greek music that had everyone on the dance floor all night long.
